COMPOSITION:Carvedilol 25 mg

INDICATIONS FOR APPLICATION:

  • Arterial hypertension (in monotherapy and in combination with diuretics);
  • Chronic heart failure (as part of combination therapy)
  • IHD (stable angina).

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

  • Hypersensitivity to carvedilol or other components of the drug;
  • Acute and chronic heart failure (in the stage of decompensation);
  • Severe hepatic impairment;
  • AV-blockade II-III degree;
  • Pronounced bradycardia (less than 50 beats / min);
  • Syndrome of weakness of the sinus node;
  • Cardiogenic shock;
  • COPD;
  • Arterial hypotension (SAD is less than 85 mm Hg);
  • Age under 18 years old

MODE OF APPLICATION:
Internal, squeezed with enomgh liquid.
With arterial hypertension -12.5 mg once a day for the first 2 days, then 25 mg once a day, with a possible gradual increase in the dose with an interval of at least 2 weeks. With angina pectoris, 12.5 mg once a day for the first 2 days, then 25 mg twice a day (maximal – up to 100 mg divided into 2 divided doses).
With CHF (against a background of selected therapy with digitalis drugs, diuretics and ACE inhibitors) – begin with 3.125 mg 2 times a day for 2 weeks, then (with good tolerability), this dose is increased to 6.25 mg 2 times a day, then to 12.5 mg -25 mg 2 times a day (with a body weight of less than 85 kg, the maximum dose is 25 mg 2 times a day, with a mass of more than 85 kg – 50 mg 2 times a day). If the treatment is interrupted for more than 2 weeks, then its renewal begins with a dose of 3.125 mg 2 times a day, followed by an increase in the dose.
