COMPOSITION: Diclofenac sodium 100 mg

INDICATIONS FOR APPLICATION:

  • Inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system: rheumatoid, psoriatic, juvenile chronic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis (Bechterew’s disease), osteoarthritis, rheumatism, gouty arthritis (in case of acute gout attacks quick-acting dosage forms are preferred), arthritis in Reiter’s disease.
  • Pain syndrome: headache (including migraine), bursitis, tendonitis, lumbago, sciatica, ossalgia, neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, radiculitis, with oncological diseases, post-traumatic and postoperative pain syndrome accompanied by inflammation.
  • Algodismenorea; inflammatory processes in the small pelvis, incl. adnexitis; childbirth (as an analgesic and tocolytic agent).
  • Infectious and inflammatory diseases of ENT organs with severe pain syndrome (as part of complex therapy): pharyngitis, tonsillitis, otitis media.
  • Feverish syndrome with “colds” and infectious diseases.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Hypersensitivity (including other NSAIDs), aspirin asthma, aspirin triad, hematopoiesis disorders (leukopenia and anemia), various disorders of blood clotting (including hemophilia, prolonged bleeding time, tendency to bleeding ), erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract in the phase of exacerbation, bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract pregnancy] lactation period, children’s age (up to 6 years).
When rectal administration: rectal bleeding, hemorrhoids, trauma or inflammation of the rectum (including the anus).

MODE OF APPLICATION: Adults and children over 16 years: 50 mg twice a day or 100 mg once a day. Suppositories must be injected into the rectum as deep as possible, preferably after cleansing the intestine.
